About Us

Silver Platter Realty, Inc. was founded in 2009 by Randy Wilkerson and Andrew “Andy” Yonce. Prior to founding Silver Platter, Randy worked for UPS in Industrial Engineering, Technology, Logistics and Business Development. Randy attended Biola University, earning a degree in Business. Andy has been a licensed real estate broker since 2002. After attending college at UCLA and graduate school at Columbia, Andy worked for an international law firm as a corporate attorney.

In 2009, Andy transitioned from corporate attorney to founding Silver Platter Realty, Inc., making real estate his full-time career. Given the economic environment in 2009, in particular the financial and real estate markets, some thought he was crazy for leaving a large firm and starting a business. Undeterred, Andy and Randy not only survived the downturn, but have grown the company to now include brokerage, property management, lending and construction, employing other family members as well as those who don’t share blood, but are still family.
