Property Management

Shortly after our founding, our clients expressed a need for professional property management services. Having managed properties in our personal portfolios, we decided it was natural to expand this service to our loyal clients. Because we’ve both managed and hired managers for our own properties, we understand that the role of a property manager is to maximize the owners’ investment value and view every property through this lens, as if it were one of our personal investment properties.

 

What started out as Excel spreadsheets and Word documents has now become a state of the art property management platform utilizing the latest technology, including our online payment, maintenance and reporting systems as well as 3D tours that not only allow our properties to be professionally marketed, but also serve as a valuable resource for documenting property conditions.

 

While our services can be customized based on our clients’ desired level of involvement, most of our clients prefer that we handle the entire process. From preparing properties for lease, to applicant screening, to paying bills and handling maintenance issues, our team has vast experience handling the entire property management process.
